Welcome to PageWise ("the App"), operated by Onur Kuru ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PageWise. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.
PageWise uses Apple Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
PageWise offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price changes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
PageWise provides original key insights and curated content inspired by books. The content presented in the App consists of independently created insights, analyses, and takeaways -- not summaries, reproductions, or derivatives of the original books. All App content is owned by or licensed to Onur Kuru and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may create highlights, notes, and other annotations within the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By creating User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The content in PageWise is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onur Kuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
